When I was a child, I hated the crust of bread. Hated it. I wouldn't eat it and wore a frown if I discovered the sandwich in my lunch bag was crusty instead of crust-less. My mother, who didn't take crap from any of us, did humor my odd tastes and almost always cut the crust from my bread before sending me off to school. But I was a kid, and she obviously no longer entertains this ridiculous request.
However, it seems when you are LeBron James, no request is too childish. According to the CBS basketball blog "Eye on Basketball', James needs his food cut up for him when dining out.
Yes, the self-proclaimed King likes his meat well done and cut up into little, edible pieces by the time it reaches his table. Apparently slicing meat is akin to the fourth quarter for James--more effort than it's worth.
