MACC Fund Game This Weekend
One of the most important events held annually at the BMO Harris Bradley Center takes place this weekend.
No, I'm not talking about Sunday's Justin Bieber concert.
The annual Milwaukee Bucks MACC Fund game is this Saturday. The Bucks play the Washington Wizards at 7:30p. The Bucks will also host a pregame Kidsfest from 5:30-7p in the upper concourse of the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Kidsfest is free with a ticket to the game.
The MACC Fund is one of the most inspiring charities in SE Wisconsin. Since its inception 36 years ago, the MACC Fund has contributed almost $45 million for pediatric cancer and blood disorder research. The MACC Fund game started in 1976 when Jon McGlocklin's Bucks jersey was retired during a game. McGlocklin has been a tireless warrior for Wisconsin children through the MACC Fund.
Executive Director John Cary told me today, "Good tickets are still available. They begin at only $9. You can help a child for only $9"
