Police allege that on Monday, August 27th, a woman shopping at the Dollar Tree in the City of Greenfield felt something on her leg. When she looked she allegedly saw 72 year old Elric Carlson holding a video camera between her legs and trying to video tape up her skirt. The victim screamed, and customers and employees in the store held Carlson until police arrived.
He's been charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
