The Brewer is Supporting the Brewers

  • Print

MILWAUKEE (September 20 2011) – The MillerCoors Milwaukee Brewery is showing our support of our hometown baseball team through larger than life logos displayed on the side of the iconic I-House building.  I-House, known for the large, red Miller sign on its roof, was built in 1950 and still stands as the tallest building on the MillerCoors campus.  The Miller sign, a Milwaukee landmark, was installed in 1967.

Starting at 7:00 p.m. each evening, an illuminated Brewers logo will rotate with the latest magic number on the south facing side of the brewery building.  As of today, the magic number stands at four and the Brewers could clinch the division this week.  The Milwaukee Brewery plans to display the logo and future signs of support through the Brewers’ impending playoff appearance.

The light is visible from the surrounding roads and highways and from portions of Miller Park.  Miller Park, known for its fan-shaped retractable roof, became the home to the Milwaukee Brewers in 2001.
