Years ago, Johnny Cash had a big hit with a song called "A Boy Named Sue". The premise of the song was that an absentee father named his son "Sue" because he thought it would help him grow up to be "a man".
Tough love notwithstanding, you really have to wonder what's going on with Heath and Deborah Campbell. Their three year old son is named "Adolph Hitler Campbell". Their two-year-old daughter (pictured below with her father) is named "JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell" and their baby is named after Heinrich Himmler.
Of all the issues the Campbell's have though, their top one appears to be their belief that a local grocery store isn't treating them fairly. Specifically, the store refused to sell them a birthday cake inscribed "Happy Birthday Adolph Hitler".
The Campbell's say that it's not fair to discriminate against their kids based on their names. The store says that the requested insciption was "inappropriate".
Later today, we'll talk about whether the store was right in refusing to decorate the cake as requested by the parents?
