For our "Sound Off" question today, we're asking: "Should the State Patrol issue citations to all drivers who end up off the road during bad weather?" At least one State Trooper tells Today's TMJ 4 that if you're in the ditch, it means that you must have been driving too fast for conditions and therefore deserve a ticket!
