Daxx Dalton is a fifth grader at a public school in Colorado. Recently, all students were asked to wear red, white and blue clothing to school to show their patriotism.
Daxx showed up wearing a tee shirt (in red, white and blue) with the hand written message "Obama - A Terrorist's Best Friend". Daxx refused a request by school officials to turn the shirt inside out and has now been suspended for "willful disobedience and defiance". The boy's father has threatened a lawsuit.
