27 year old Elli Skiff (pictured above) of Portsmouth, New Hampshire has been arrested twice in the last seven months for wearing extremely low-hanging blue jeans with no underwear. By all accounts, whenever she bends over or leans back, any mystery that may have remained immediately disappears!
Her first arrest occurred while Skiff was riding on a public bus. Her second arrest occurred while she was strolling around downtown Portsmouth. She has also been tossed out of a local shopping mall for similar fashion choices.
Later today, we'll discuss whether authorities are a bunch of hung-up prudes with no sense of fashion or whether Ms. Skiff should be taking her act to the local strip club (instead of public transportation)?
Remember, "Live Free Or Die" is the motto of New Hampshire!
