Marie Jarry was, until recently, employed as a second-grade teacher in Connecticut. She says that she was forced to resign after appearing with her husband on Howard Stern's satellite radio program. Jarry won $5000 in a contest called "Ugliest Guy, Hottest Wife". Her husband had entered the pair in the contest and had sent in a photo of Marie in a bikini.
A number of parents were upset that Jarry appeared on the program and discussed her sex life. The school however says that Jarry had taken a sick day to appear on the show.
Later today, we'll discuss whether the school overreacted.
