Last weekend, the Santa Rosa, California Police Department staged a community outreach event in a local park. As part of the event, the SWAT team displayed several firearms used by police in their official duties. Under the supervision of officers, some children were allowed to handle the weapons.

At noon today, we'll discuss whether this police display of firearms violated community sensibilities and common sense?
