Jeff Wagner: Wagner on the Web
Just Because They Sell It In Your Size Doesn't Mean You Should Buy It - Or Does It?

As reported by KVAL News.
Just in time for the opening of the Wisconsin State Fair, let's review "Wagner's Rule of Life Number Three". You remember: "Just because they sell it in your size doesn't mean you should buy it".
Last Sunday, Sandy McMillin of Eugene, Oregon threw on a pair of shorts and a turquoise bikini top and headed off to Walmart. According to Walmart, customers complained about Ms. McMillin's "look" and she subsequently became verbally abusive. The parties agree that Walmart employees asked her to either put on a shirt or leave.
Ms. McMillin says that "If you don't like the way someone looks, don't look at them".
There's no doubt that Ms. McMillin in a bikini top bears little resemblance to Kim Kardashian in a bikini top. Then again, how many women do?
Later today, we'll discuss whether Walmart was out of line in asking this lady to cover up or get out. Join me when we open the Department of Justice at noon on Newsradio 620 WTMJ.
