Full tentative 2013 NFL Draft order

  • Print

The NFL released the full round-by-round order for April's draft.  The selection order does not include compensatory picks, which will be awarded next month.  As I blogged before the Packers are expected to receive one compensatory pick for the loss of Matt Flynn in free agency.

A couple of noteworthy items: the Packers currently have seven picks, one per round, and it's always a good bet that Ted Thompson will want to load up on draft picks so look for some wheeling-and-dealing over the next few months.

San Francisco holds the most picks with 11 and Seattle is second with 10.  For both teams the "Super Bowl window" is open so it's possible both teams will package a few of those picks to move up in the draft in an attempt to get that last piece of the puzzle.  Also with an extra pick in both the second and third rounds Miami is set up for movement as well.
