  • Slumping Braun says neck not an issue

It's rare to see Milwaukee Brewers left fielder, Ryan Braun mired in a slump of any kind. The fact that he is one for his last seventeen with ten strikeouts has certainly raised some eyebrows. For the first time in his career, Braun struck out four times in the Brewers 10-8 win over the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday night at Miller Park.

  • Blue turning pro a bit of a head-scratcher

Marquette junior guard Vander Blue will sign with an agent and declare himself eligible for the 2013 NBA draft. During his three seasons with the Golden Eagles, Blue showed steady improvement and accepted the challenge of becoming a team-leader. The Madison native lead the team in scoring at 14.8 points per game, while shooting a career-best 45% from the field and earned all-Big East second team honors.

Golf's first major of the season, the Masters, will begin on Thursday morning at Augusta. Some are curious, some are rather obvious - all are interesting. I'm talking about the origin of every team in Major League Baseball.

  • Bubba Watson's Hovercraft Golf Cart

I'm not sure what to say about this other than it's about the most impressive damn thing I've seen on a golf course since Bubba Watson's snap-hook out of the woods that landed on the green of the second playoff hole at Augusta in 2012.

  • My "soon-to-be-wrong" 2013 MLB Predictions

I don't know why I play the prediction game - I never seem to come close to being accurate. • "Urinal Gaming" coming to a minor league ballpark near you

Ok - so veteran pitcher Kyle Lohse is not Albert Pujols, but he is a guy who racked up 30 wins over his last two seasons as a member of the Cardinals.
