Anyone who's been to a baseball game and watched a fan lean over the ledge, even at the slightest of angels, has imagined what it would be like if that person fell from one level to the next. It always makes me whince.
Last night in Texas, this most frightening image became reality as a man fell some 30 feet from the second deck to the first in an attempt to catch a foul ball.
The video doesn't show the actual fall, but it does show the real time reaciton of the umpire and several rows of fans. You'll also see the reaciton from players on the field. All-in-all, the scene at Rangers ballpark was a scary one.
