Now that the Badger basketball season has ended (in an ugly way), Mad-city sites turn to spring football. I've never been a fan of pre-season polls, but I understand that in order to make your way to a BCS game, a lofty ranking in the pre-season polls is as necessary as winning games.
Granted, we're a ways away from the first pre-season poll, but to etch themselves among the elite, it's important the Badgers have as much positive buzz generated from now through August.
For that reason, it's important for articles such as this to be out there for the masses to digest.
