Waukesha native funny-man, Frank Caliendo will no longer serve a role in the NFL pre-game studio show on FOX. Caliendo, who has contributed to the show for 9 years made the announcement on his Twitter and Facebook pages yesterday.
"I will not be back this coming season," Caliendo said. "It was great to be part of the team with Terry and the guys for the last 9 years, but it's time to move on. I have a couple of upcoming ventures that look like they may be pretty cool...and as soon as I can tell you more about them - I definitely will."
Caliendo is one of the good-guys in the business, who made a name for himself by cracking people up with his uncanny impersonations of John Madden, Charles Barley, George W. Bush and others.
In an age where celebrities walk with agents, and their agent's agents, Caliendo is as regular, unassuming and down to Earth as they come. Good luck Frank!
