Tate Martell, a QB from San Diego has accepted a scholarship offer to play football for the University of Washington.
The rub is that Martell can't officially sign his letter of intent until February of 2017. That's because he's an 8th grader.
The 14-year old Martell is 5'11″ and 180-pounds with quite an impressive highlight tape on You Tube.
