The life of former NFL quarterback Ryan Leaf has taken another downturn. The number 2 pick in the 1998 NFL draft out of Washington State University, Leaf's football career never lived up to expectations. He is widely regarded as one of the biggest busts in NFL history.
Leaf has been living in relative obscurity in Montana for several years now, but has been arrested twice in the last week.
