The office NCAA pool is about as American as baseball and apple pie. Even those who have no vested interest in college basketball tend to get involved. All of these pool are...(cough)...for entertainment purposes only...(cough, cough).
While the office pool is an American staple, the "elementary school pool" is apparently frowned upon.
