The quote from San Jose Sharks coach Todd McClellan says it all: "He was a bit of a disturber, got under the skin of some of the other players, and competed hard."
McClellan was referring to Brewers outfielder Nyjer Morgan who participated in a workout with the NHL's San Jose Sharks yesterday.
The 33-year-old Morgan has several years of playing competitive hockey under his belt, but admits being removed from the game since the age of 20.
Regardless, this is just another example of Nyjer being Nyjer...or Plush...or whatever. It's good stuff - so long as he doesn't injure his ribs.
