I'm all for the globalization of American sports - really, I am. It's nice to see that America's past time has made it's way overseas into Europe. It's also nice to see that one particular organization has followed a minor league model in team name and logo.
May I present to you, the London Rippers!
I suppose "rippers" might be a term that speaks to the hitting prowess of the team - and that could be true, but I don't think that was top of mind.
