Before I get to the meat, I decided to follow the Packers lead and exercise my BYE week on the power rankings...they'll be refreshed after this weekends games... It's getting close to crunch time; and as the Packers embark on their post-bye week schedule I wanted to take a comparitive look at their schedule against the Chicago Bears'. It's interesting - based upon wins and losses, the Bears have a tougher schedule than the Packers, but consider the Packers stretch of 4 road games (incuding at Atlanta, and New England) and I'm thinking the Packers have it worse. While the Packers were AT the Eagles, AT the Jets and will be AT New England, the Bears have each of those teams at home. By no means does a home game guarantee a victory...especially against the quality of the opponents, but it makes me take a closer look versus chalking it up as an automatic loss. Make of it what you will, but that January 2nd game at Lambeau could loom large as things play out in the next few weeks.
