CBS Sportsline Columnist Mike Freeman says Michael Vick will be back despite his decision to cop a jail-inducing plea to dogfighting charges when he's back in court Monday.
I couldn't agree more.
The stakes are too high and the memories too short among owners and fans who care only about won-loss records and not about the character of the guys who play between the lines. It's not unique to the NFL--but mark my words, the Vick case will be the next in which we see the debate about morals vs. victory enjoined.
