Is that a Camaro they're talking about on "Mad Men"?

"Camaro," I said confidently. "It's gotta be the Camaro."
Sunday night's "Mad Men" had Don Draper and company trying to come up with a pitch for a new make of Chevy--a make that the car maker refuses to spill the beans about. Laden with superlatives but minus a name, Draper and viewers to wonder what car they're talking about.
My wife guessed Corvette. I know very little about cars, but figured the Corvette had come along well before the show's current time stamp, that being 1968. "Camaro," I said, and she believed me.
The gear heads at Road And Track chased it down and have the answer, or at least are supremely confident that they're right.
Let's just say it doesn't look like the Camaro my sister bought in '69.
