MADISON – Prosecutors will have another tool to get violent felons off the street under a bill authored by State Senator Alberta Darling (R-River Hills). The legislation will help increase penalties for violent criminals who illegally conceal handguns. Senator Darling says the measure will help protect law-abiding citizens.
