  1. I am having a problem with this story. The ACT website does not list a test date for that timeframe in April 2011. What is going on?
  2. Some MPS teachers once dreamed of becoming cardiologists. The district should now have to compensate them for the difference in income.
  3. I really don’t see a problem with this. They had an agreement on the dates for the time off; if the teacher then went and booked a trip that was non-refundable, they should be compensated for it. And if they made plans this far out, they likely bought a non-refundable package. I can’t imagine this is going to be very many people. If I had follow the proper rules for requesting vacation from my employer, made non-refundable plans and through no fault of my own had to change my vacation plans to
