Nancy Pelosi:

 

In a recent press release, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., argues that constitutional objections to the individual mandate are "nonsensical," because "the power of Congress to regulate health care is essentially unlimited."

Every member of congress who votes for Obamacare is essentially endorsing Pelosi's position.

    So you don't like her assessment of the Interstate Commerice Clause? Or just using it to deal with health care?If its the commerce clause then let's get rid of some other things like DOMA, RILUPA, federal drug regulation, federal road spending, etc.
    Or maybe it's jst a Pelosi ad homonynm.
