This is probably the most overtly political statement that Chief has made, using the term "reckless" to refer both to the shooters and to the legislation that would legalize concealed carry without training or permits. The statement by Chief Flynn and the DA up the ante for Gov. Walker on this issue. We'll open up the phones for reaction Friday. The full video is here:
