Before he joined the ranks at WTMJ, most people recognized Jeff from his long and successful law career. He is a former federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney's Office for eleven and a half years where he was Head of the Organized Crime Task Force. In 1993, Jeff went into private practice and was also on the 1994 Republican candidate for State Attorney General.

Most people are distancing themselves and their campaigns from Nancy Pelosi and for good reason, she's radioactive at this point. She's in town tonight for a Barrett fundraiser-staying over night at the Pfister Hotel. Obviously he wants to do this quietly because it's Pelosi.
President Obama doesn't make time to come to Milwaukee to address the American Legion convention as past presidents make every attempt to do, but he makes time to come to Milwaukee on Labor Day to address what is really "Public sector' laborfest-SEIU, AFSME, MILW CO Labor Council, Dist Council 48, the ones responsible for driving up the cost of government and beneficiaries of most of the "non-stimulus" money.
