@Bert - are you being sarcastic, or are you just cognitively-challenged? Charlie is making the point that Da (DUH!) Unions drive away jobs to other places, in the US or to other countries. OK, they wouldn't accept a pay-cut, so now they have 100 fewer jobs. Charlie and everybody want more jobs in Wisconsin, but Doyle/Dems/Unions/Obama are killing jobs. Please get a clue. (If you were being sarcastic, I apologize.)
