When not helping families with their pet's emergencies, Dr. Beltz enjoys time at home, working in the yard, gardening and golfing.
Dr Beltz has interests in all aspects of emergency medicine, and especially enjoys surgery. He currently devotes the majority of his time to practice development, growth and improved services for the Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center.
“What I like most about working in veterinary medicine is that I enjoy the satisfaction of helping families. In the emergency service I like the idea of making a real difference for someone. True emergency cases are professionally rewarding, but even with minor problems, families can come to WVRC and we can help them.”
Dr Beltz has been married to his wife Kelly, 23 years, and has four children, Alex (16 yrs) Abigail (13 yrs), Isabella, (10 yrs) and Gabriel (5 yrs). The family recently acquired a new dog - a 6 month old golden retriever named “Wiley”
